Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TrainerDocs (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TrainerDocs.

2. Description of Service

TrainerDocs is an AI-powered platform that enables fitness professionals — including personal trainers, coaches, nutritionists, and gym owners — to generate personalised ebooks for their clients. These ebooks may include workout programmes, nutrition guidance, and wellness content tailored to individual client profiles. The Service operates on a credit-based system, with different features available across subscription plans.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use TrainerDocs. The Service is intended for fitness professionals who create content for their clients. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach at contact@trainerdocs.co. TrainerDocs is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

5. Credits, Plans & Payments

TrainerDocs operates on a credit system. Each ebook generation costs 10 credits. Credits are allocated monthly based on your subscription plan and reset every 30 days. Unused credits do not carry over to the following month.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Refunds are not provided for partially used billing periods or unused credits. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you retain access to the Service until that date.

6. AI-Generated Content

TrainerDocs uses artificial intelligence to generate ebook content based on client data you provide. The content generated is intended as a professional starting point and must be reviewed by you before delivery to clients.

AI-generated content does not constitute medical, clinical, or professional health advice. You, as the fitness professional, are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before sharing it with clients. TrainerDocs makes no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content for any specific individual.

7. Client Data & Responsibility

When you input client information into TrainerDocs, you represent that you have obtained the necessary consent from your clients to process their personal data for the purpose of generating fitness content. You are responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws in relation to the client data you enter into the Service.

TrainerDocs acts as a data processor in relation to the client data you submit, and processes it only to provide you with the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

TrainerDocs retains all intellectual property rights in the platform, its design, software, and underlying technology. You retain ownership of the ebooks you generate using the Service and the client data you provide.

You grant TrainerDocs a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your input data solely for the purpose of generating ebooks and improving the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use TrainerDocs to:

• Generate content that is false, misleading, or harmful to clients
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the platform or its AI systems
• Use the Service for purposes other than legitimate fitness professional activities
• Share account access with third parties not authorised under your plan
• Automate access to the Service in a way that disrupts or degrades its performance

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. TrainerDocs does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your specific needs.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TrainerDocs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to any harm to your clients arising from AI-generated content. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to TrainerDocs in the three months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by law. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice within the Service. Your continued use of TrainerDocs after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
