What exactly is a credit?
A credit is the unit of usage in TrainerDocs. Think of it as a token you spend each time you use the platform to generate content. Credits give you flexibility — you decide when to generate and for which clients.
How many credits does one ebook cost?
Every ebook generation costs exactly 10 credits, regardless of the plan you are on or the complexity of the client profile. There are no hidden charges or variable costs.
How many credits does the AI Habit Tracker cost?
Generating a personalised AI Habit Tracker PDF costs 1 credit. It's a lightweight generation — Gemini picks 6 daily habits based on your client's goal and profile, then outputs a printable 30-day grid PDF.
Which features are free and don't use credits?
Progress Tracker, Session Notes, Weekly Check-in Form, and Shareable Ebook Links are all completely free — no credits deducted. Only AI content generation (ebooks and Habit Tracker PDFs) uses credits.
When do my credits reset?
Credits reset automatically every 30 days from your original signup date — not on the 1st of the month. For example, if you signed up on the 15th, your credits reset on the 15th of each month.
Do unused credits carry over?
No. Unused credits expire at the end of your 30-day billing cycle and do not roll over to the next month. We recommend generating content consistently throughout the month to get the most value from your plan.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-month?
If you use all your credits before your reset date, you will not be able to generate new ebooks or Habit Trackers until the next cycle. You can upgrade your plan at any time to immediately receive the higher credit allocation.
Can I buy extra credits without upgrading?
Currently, credits are tied to subscription plans and cannot be purchased individually. Upgrading your plan is the best way to get more credits. We are exploring credit top-up options for a future release.
Are credits shared across staff accounts on the Agency plan?
Yes. On the Agency plan, the 1,000 monthly credits are shared across all staff accounts in your workspace. You can monitor usage from your account dashboard.
