Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview
TrainerDocs is a digital SaaS (Software as a Service) platform. Because the Service is delivered digitally and access is granted immediately upon subscription, we operate a limited refund policy as described below. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.
2. No Physical Returns
TrainerDocs does not sell or ship physical goods of any kind. All content — including ebooks, programmes, and platform access — is delivered digitally. As such, there is nothing to physically return.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account settings. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged again after cancellation
- You retain full access to all features and your generated ebooks for the remainder of the paid period
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle
4. Credits Policy
Credits are allocated to your account at the start of each billing cycle. Please note:
- Credits that have been used to generate ebooks are non-refundable
- Unused credits at the end of a billing cycle do not carry over to the next month and are not redeemable for cash
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts
5. Refund Eligibility
We generally do not offer refunds on subscription payments. However, we may consider a refund in exceptional circumstances, including:
- You were charged in error due to a billing fault on our side
- You experienced a significant, sustained technical issue that prevented you from using the Service and we were unable to resolve it in a reasonable timeframe
- A duplicate charge was processed on your account
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge in question. Requests submitted after this window will not be considered.
6. Annual Plans
If you purchase an annual subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, provided you have used fewer than 30 credits during that period. After 14 days or once 30 or more credits have been used, no refund will be issued for the remaining months of the annual term. Annual plan cancellations follow the same process as monthly plans — access continues until the end of the paid year.
7. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, email us at contact@trainerdocs.co with the following details:
- The email address associated with your account
- The date and amount of the charge
- A brief description of the reason for your request
We will review your request and respond within 72 hours. If approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider.
8. Free Plan
The Free plan carries no cost and therefore no payment is taken. There is nothing to refund on a Free plan account. Upgrading from Free to a paid plan is subject to the terms above from the date of that upgrade.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated via email or an in-platform notice. Continued use of the Service after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
